Yeah, I know, but I dont really have time to exercise seriously due to uni, so I just eat less, and considering I'm very active at college all day, walk there and back, I've lost weight even without exercising very much.
Takes a fair bit of self discipling to not eat when you're hungry tho.
well if your a big drinker...exercise wont work as well since alcohol fvcks with the metabolism, also if you are in to weight lifting it could tear your muscles...
