Cannot be done. Barring the fact that a thread like this is technically already illegal on these boards (read through the rules, if you wish to verify); your avatar and others would qualify as sexual content too. And if I am restricted to a specific thread with images of sexual content of males, then sexual content of women must also be restricted to one thread only. Thus forcing you and others to change avatars.

Is it all really worth it? Just scroll a little faster or grow some balls.
