Oh come on Andy, you have no idea what it's like to be very strongly attached to two different countries. I'm in a similar situation; my parents are Korean, but I was born in Australia. All my life, my identity has been a Korean Australian. Not a Korean living in Australia, not an Australian with Korean background.

I've been supporting the Korean football team my whole life, because I've lived in Korea, I speak Korean to my parents, I eat Korean food etc. etc. That said, Australia is my birthplace and my home, and I've suffered the same heartbreak as the rest of the nation when we (yes, I feel qualified to use the word 'we' when it comes to both Korea and Australia) failed to qualify for previous World Cups.

Tell me, what's wrong with that? Should I be forced to choose one over the other? By that logic, I might as well disown the country whose football team I'd support in the event that they met in an international competition.
If your family is Korean and taught you the Korean lifestyle along with their traditions, you should support the Korean National Team. You might have been born in Australia, but you would probably support Korea over them in a heartbeat. That's what I'm talking about. Fucking goddamn false support. There are enough idiots in my country who do this and they piss me off to high heaven... they say they love the US but support ITALY over us. So when the World Cup comes along their support for MY team goes to fucking hell. I'm not going to take it, Graham... either support one or the other or you're a fucking bitch. I don't care who you are.

People like myself who support only one NT feel betrayed by people such as yourself... and we should be. Who the fuck are you to support two NT's then turn your back on one? That's just fucking bullshit and I won't stand for it.

I couldn't care less what hardships you've had in your life... the only exemption I'll consider is if you left North Korea for your Southern Counterparts. Or any other country that has saved you from various oppresions. Other than that, you several country supporters are fooling yourselves.

I support ramming my donk up the arse of every one of you fuckers trying to derail the Milito thread. Does that make me a hypocrit or just a perverted little monkey?

Anyway, if Mark77 says it goes down tomorrow, then book it. The man knows his stuff.

So you don't support Canada. DON'T ACT AS IF YOU DO.

I route for them to do well in everything, not just football. If their playing hockey or basketball I want them to do well. So while I might not support them as much as italy I still wish for them to do good in anything.

Cobolli Gigli Unsure About Milito's Arrival

The Juventus President does not believe that Fabio Cannavaro will make a return from Real Madrid.

President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli of Juventus spoke about the current search of the Old Lady for a central defender, with the first choice Milito being far away.

"We surely need a central defender. We are negotiating Milito, but frankly I wouldn't be able to say how it will end because there's a substantial economic difference on which Secco is working."

A second option could be Cannavaro who would make a return to the Bianconeri after winning La Liga with Real Madrid in his first Spanish season.

"The returns are always difficult. We have gratitude towards those who took us at the top in the past, but now Juventus must look at the future."

A player the Bianconeri seem to believe a lot in is young forward Raffaele Palladino.

"Palladino is one of the pivots on which Ranieri wants to build the new Juve," declared the Juventus President, thus denying that the player is for sale.

How old are you Andy?

Anyway, is Gabriel Milito the same player that Real Madrid tried to sign years ago but failed a medical exam when they found out the threat of a recurring knee injury he's had in the past?
