In life there's signs. These signs tell me that milito is coming :

- The board is serious about his buy
- Real Madrid wants chivu, metzelder...
- The guy wants juventus
- He failed real madrid medical once

Let's say I'm 80 % sure he'll sign for juventus.

it would be nice to have a transfer confirmed soon, preferable milito.
but kind of allright statement from the board, not going into a bidding war.
if real is getting milito, then we could go for canna/heinze and barzagli. alternatives i would feel safe with defending our shirt next season.

he will regret saying no to us...Madrid are just idiots they design their transfer strategy by reading sports papers...they always pay ridiculous amounts of money for their players

Real is doing what they always do... pollute the market with crap, and make it harder for their rivals to buy players.

They aren't that interested in Milito... they're just using our negotiation to turn the heat up on Man U and Roma, as well as hampering Juventus in the process. They're essentially saying that they'll show their might by railroading transfers to prove that they have limitless options... but they'd much rather have Heinze/Chivu.

The board is doing the right thing here... they are laying it down to Zaragoza... "play ball at a reasonable price, or we walk, and you can strengthen a rival and reap those benefits." All the while Cannavaro is being linked more and more...What surprises me is that they haven't been mentioning Barzagli more to pressure Zaragoza into making a deal, as he is a more long term solution than Cannavaro is.
