I think Red figured out that Fred is the Detective and wanted to protect him from the whack thus jailing him but first he did it too soon despite the fact that I gave him a deadline up to half an hour before the voting deadline.

And Fred did make it obvious as just after he investigated naturally I had to pm Buck Futter, who asked me before fred did, who the Detective did investigate, and just after Fred knew he changed his attitude in the game thus making the Gs sure he's the one and Kyle didn't notice that so it was the end as you all know it.

I know that in one game I was narrating you investigated Osman, who was a G, but back then you had no patience at all and again you made it clear that you're the detective.
Back then we didn't have the crooked cop, though.
