I am a great fan of the cubumber sandwich: which is perhaps the crown of all sandwiches.
Ingredients:
2 Slices of White Bread
Cucumber
Butter
Instructions:
1) Lay one piece of bread on your chopping board and spread a thin layer of Butter onto the bread using a table knife.
2) Slice about 8 pieces of Cucumber an carefully place on you bread until its evenly covered the bread.
3) Add a pinch of salt.
4) Cut off crusts.
5) Cut twice diagonally to produce small triangles.
6) Eat and enjoy.
Truly scrumptious...
