I need a good recipe for a meal made from my hat.

Not fussy about type or land of origin, but I do like spicy.

    Any help?

Fuck apples, though I do love them! Hey some passion fruit, some dragon fruit and some pommegranite and mix with vanilla ice cream for a tasty treat
Funny you say that because my idea of a tasty treat is a little bit of love and a whole lot of Boswell.

I love cooking, but most of the times i can't be fucked actually getting round to doing it, which is why i usually cook a lot at once. For example last week i made Bozi's Paella, Chicken Korma and a type of bolognese sauce straight after each other. Once i get into the groove i just keep going
me and you should go to California and get married.

    paella my way is easy

use whatever kind of fish you like, i have tried it with cray-fish,scallops,salmon and it works oh and make sure to buy a good quality chorizo, the smokeyness should compliment the fish.

i generally cook off the chorizo in the pan first to get the flavour throughout the dish, take it out and cook lightly the fish and take that out

sautée a diced onion and garlic in the pan,add the cooked chorizo and fish, some chopped tomato, rice, 2-3 bay leaves, saffron and oragano. add a large glass of white wine and cook it down a little, then add about 3/4 of a pint of stock, place prawns and mussels on top,put the lid on and let it cook for 15-20 minutes on a low heat, checking occasionally that there is still moisture in it

    that should do it
I'm making this tonight so hopefully it turns out good. I'm going to make it with Salmon, Mussels and Langostinos. I'll let you know if my Spaniard thinks its good or not.

Interesting point of view you have. Most people in Spain seem to not eat authentic paella. My boyf's mom takes 2 hours max to make her Paella depending on what type she is making.
