It's scary when you live alone and you don't have time to cook or lets say you're too tired to cook.

I'm eating fast food like 4/5 times per week. I try to cook something once or twice per week but then I give up.

Nothing is better than eating home (mama's food:touched:).
I actually love to cook, but I don't have time to do so.

And yes homemade stuff is da bestest.

Red apples are the best. But I am from apple country I guess we just have better apples than you do...
I don't care for the texture of red delicious apples (I think that's the name they have at the store). They are all grainy and soft.

Yeah I know. I used to eat out for every meal of the day literally back when I was in my undergrad. You can gain soo much weight that way.

This time around though I force myself to cook everyday no matter what even if it means I don't eat my dinner until 10 pm at night. It has been rough I'll say. I miss my mom :moan:

Thats nice, I'd like to force myself to cook but It just won't happen.

For me weight isn't a problem. I eat a lot but never gain weight. What scares me is the type of food I'm eating.... it's anything but healthy... from Burgers to Pizza to KFC, poor stomach.

Poor stomach and poor heart :D. I'm sure it can't be good for it. I find that if I eat any fast food before running I might as well not. I love fast food though just have not had it a while.

You should see me the other day when I was starving and had my training session... I ordered two big mac and went straight after I finished eating to the training. God, I thought for a while I was pregnant, couldn't move, couldn't run, too lazy to even jump.

Just shows how dangerous fast food can be at times. But wtf, we all love fast food.

I love cooking, but most of the times i can't be fucked actually getting round to doing it, which is why i usually cook a lot at once. For example last week i made Bozi's Paella, Chicken Korma and a type of bolognese sauce straight after each other. Once i get into the groove i just keep going

2 Big Macs? While at Spain for my high school excursion, I was eating 4 Big Macs coupled with 2 cheeseburgers and french fries for lunch. The hotel food was awful so McDonald's was my dining place the entire time. I'm one of those people that can't gain weight too, the only time I gained some weight was when I stopped smoking. Gained about 4kg in a month or two. :p

You sound like me eating all this stuff. Sadly, you can't eat much before you start your training session or head to the gym. Even If 2 big Macs sounds like piece of cake still you can't eat a lot or else there's no point in going to football.

Btw, I hear that smokers don't really eat much, do you eat this much when you also smoke?

I ate pretty much the same, I think so anyway, who knows really because I always ate a lot. But while smoking certain apetite is killed, you can go longer without eating but then you stuff yourself when you get to eating. I don't know actually but one thing's for sure and that's that I have gained weight. Could be that I indeed ate more than before but I don't care much because, frankly, those extra kg weren't exactly unnecessary. I was quite skinny before.

Now I've quit smoking for the second time and gained another 2kg and know I'm on an ideal 185cm/84kg. This time around there'll be no more smoking and quitting or I'll start being overweight. :D
