Good news then...I guess it seems like FFP takes into account a range of years or am I misunderstanding how FFP works? Overall, over 3 years we are wayyyy in the green, but last year the red.
Yes, club accounts are monitored over a 3 year period .

Those are the official FFP rules

If you accumulate losses above 30M over 3 years , then you face FFP sanctions

LOL the -9.5m will be negated by October with all these Ronaldo shirt sales. Imagine we win a treble...our world wide recognition is currently escalating quickly...mannnnnn if we sign SMS.

Every big team has ways around FFP if they want to do that. Hard to actually enforce if the club are ok with spending a lot of owners money. Now they just funnel money into sponsorshipd and other revenue streams to offset instead of just taking a loss. Hurts on taxes but thats about it

It is the same with man city they don't have any limit on their transfer spending
They did face sanctions a few years ago though

Both were allowed to spend only €60M in the market plus they faced few first team player omissions from the CL list

Don't know what's going on now but PSG are making good plusvalenza's from player sales atm

Having Qatar Airways sponsoring even their toilets helps.
