Why would be stick to Ciro and act like everything is ok if we could offer that much for a coach?

There isn't any reasonable answer, just look at our results. If somebody says it looks fine then :pado:

^^^ True that

The club won't go bankrupt but if we can't replace Ferrara with someone like Hiddink then its pretty clear indication that this club is lacking $$ ATM.

So folk are just putting two and two together and making assumptions?

That's fine.

I was concerned there was actually a problem with the finances I hadn't heard about.

Because it takes a long time to go through the negotiations, or we haven't even started yet. For Chelsea it was instant because of his relationship with Abramovich.

I think the support of Ciro is purely to keep a positive attitude in the dressing room, which is important even if the results say it's demolished.

Hm, you know i was just thinking about something.

John Elkann is vicechairman of FIAT Group. Last year FIAT Group was making a deal with General Motors, who has been hit with financial crises. But they backed of, it was supposed to be European filial.

They also formed partnership with Chrysler.

Maybe they are concentrating on those fronts and want to invest in there, rather than football????

So how long are we going to wait until we start negotiating? Our more chance for Ciro?

Our season has been ruined and now we'll have to fight for 4th spot in the end. Positive attitude? I doubt, look what they all say.

How can some say that our team looks fine, and we're looking for loaning mediocre Ledesma and co.? I'll wait till tomorrow to see if something is gonna pop up like it was supposed to but this season doesn't look so bright.

They want to invest in something that might make money instead of pouring it into Juve?

Outrageous.

No, but if it's just a case of making assumptions, I have no reason to change my belief that the club is in a pretty strong position financially.
Maybe we made some profit but it can't be strong position however you look at it and you don't need statement to see that. We're out of CL, lots of :money: went down the drain and our results are horrible. 50mln euros were spent during the summer, I just don't know what made us reach that strong financial position if we keep losing and paying fines for racist chants.

Few people know if they have started negotiating, but if they have then I wouldn't expect it to be quick with the numbers which are going round. I think over the next 2 days we shall learn whether they have or not, even if it is too late IMO.

They're saying "We don't have a full strength team" for a reason, so they're not blaming the coach for the poor results, and he doesn't give up letting the dressing room slip from him. I'm sure they know we look dreadful, and the excuses are to not let the media eat our team.

Well then there is no point to even talk about how much or why Juve doesnt have money.

Money should be least of our problems. FIAT group is the official Juventus sponsor. A company what is one of the biggest in Italy, hence they have money.

Elkann is chairman of that group.

Yet we cant afford paying Hiddink.

I wish Agnelli would be alive.

The new generation isnt investing into football, in a time where they really should. We need money more than anything to be a competitive force.

Correction. Our official sponsor is New Holland, it's a division in the Fiat group. So instead of money, they give us harvesters and tractors. At least, agricultural wise, we are ahead of everyone else in serie a. We should be proud of this.
