Who do I go pay to get a bounty removed from my head (not the guards themselves)? I am a member of both the Thieves guild and Dark brotherhood if that matters at all.

my major complaint is the friggin lag i seem to get on the ps3 version, anyone else getting the same thing? like your riding on your horse or running away and it gets really laggy
Yes, it is an issue with any save file over 5MB, you can fix it for two or three hours of playing if you save and turn off the machine and back on.

The patch coming this week is to address this issue, amongst many others.
If i kill someone as werewolf, will there be a bounty as if they know my identity?
Yes, if someone sees you transform, it's a 1,000G bounty. This and eating humans (cannibalism) are considered crimes against humanity and instantly draw a bounty and an attack. This changes if you kill every witness. There is no bounty if you change, kill a bunch of people, then change back.

Just finished Main Quest Line, Level 60, about three or four of my skills are at 100. Smithing, Enchanting, Heavy Armor, and maybe one other, can't remember right now.

This game is all I'm doing in my free time.

i read just now about a patch coming out this week, but no note of them actually fixing the lag issue.
