no im lev 26 and the character i completed the main quest line with is level 14, but you probably have more free time on your hands than i do.

Very good game, at first I played through the main quest and Imperial quests but I don't recommend it. It's better to try random adventures by speaking to people and randomly going to new places. I am now a mage and it's great fun. Also cheating is quite fun in this game, I like the following cheats:
- unlock (no need for unlock mini game)
- unlimited magicka (great for a mage)
- tcl (no clipping, basically flying)
- player.setav speedmult 250 (faster running by a factor of 2.5)

my major complaint is the friggin lag i seem to get on the ps3 version, anyone else getting the same thing? like your riding on your horse or running away and it gets really laggy

It's just the background rendering. I only experience a slow down occasionally.

its friggin badass!

just activate it like you would with a magical spell or shout, just select it and if your on ps3, its the r2 button

You put it in your "Favorites" list where you load weapons during battles. You can only do it once a day.
