Usually the Thieves Guild right? I'm not sure where it is.
I'm currently a member of the thieves guild but they haven't given me a fence yet. I've talked to about every character who I can find in the guild and none of them will trade with me which is frustrating because I've stolen a ton of stuff.

They are made by the same company and so are similar. Skyrim is using a new game engine and you level up via your action rather than gained XP from completing missions like in Fallout. Also Skyrim is way more open and you can interact with more NPC and can do more as a whole.
Finally had some time yesterday when my girlfriend went out. I really love the game and like in red dead I really like walking around in the woods poking flowers and such. I noticed the XP gaining you're talking about as well which I think is a lot better than only having a "general xp 'income'". There are a lot - underline that - of glitches in the game. But there was the same thing with Fallout and I was the first one there to defend the game. No one can make a game of this size and make it perfect. :) But yeah the game resembles a lot to fallout, the differences are very small (except for time and place) and they are improvements based on fallout. Only flaw so far is the perks I'm not that found of.

Does anyone know if its actually possible to level up every attribute to 100 if you play the game long enough. Or is it like fallout where there is only a certain amount of xp to be gained?

No idea but I got a bit annoyed last night. I'm guessing all of you are doing the same thing as I am. But I received a helper/follower and the same guy teaches people about arch. Since I "own" him I pay him whatever the amount is to teach me about bows and stuff and then I enter his inventory and grab the money I just payed him. And it's a endless loop. Is it just me who feels this shouldn't be possible?

And no, I won't stop doing it just because I think it's wrong. :p

Im not sure if any of you guys know about this certain "exploit" I guess you could say but there is a way to get your smithing up from about 20 to around 100 in a few hours. If you didn't know already all you have to do is buy a bunch of Iron ingots and leather strips from any blacksmith in the game. I recommend going to whiterun and going to the first blacksmith on the right because they have a lot. iron ingots are really cheap too and same with leather straps. Once you have both the ingots and leather strips, go to the forge and go to 'Iron' and craft a shitload of iron daggers. Your smithing will go up really fast as you keep on building them. Its cool cause once you build all of those daggers you can just sell all of them back and get back some of the gold you spend on buying the iron ingots and leather. I recommend you start this with around 1000 gold, which isnt that hard to get. I went up from 20 smithing to around 70 smithing in 1 day basically haha. You also gain exp for it too. Now i can craft glass armor and almost dragon scale armor wooo haha. Sorry about the long post

Sounds like it takes a long time to accomplish it though? I might give it a try, went down to here yesterday. Made what she wanted but got bored after a short period. The wood saw is still my favourite although I still don't get what the point of it is.

No it doesnt take a long time at all. you can go up about 20 levels in smithing in 1 minute. It depends on how much gold and iron ingots and leather you have. Check out ign.com, they have a little video of how to do it. I really takes a short time trust me
