My name is Maurizio Poggioreale.

I used to work in Bologna and was known to be a big fan of the team, so once Moggi was looking for new staff in the youth sector and I got the nod.

Friendliest? Zambrotta He's nothing from what he looks on the pitch. He's always joking with everyone and has the funniest one liners. And Del Piero of course, but that's obvious.

Yes Cannavaro is very charismatic. But him and Del Piero and the "senior guys" just didn't interact a lot with youth team staff (why would they?) Zambro was a guy who was friends with everyone. I like Tudor as well
