How old is the Juve backline? Your going to have to replace Canna & Thuram at the same time, can you buy 2 world class CBs at the same time? And hope they settle in instantly? Nedved is soon to join the "Del Piero" brigade of "he's past it", and it seems that Trezeguet is going to be leaving soon. So, you have to replace, Nedved, Del Piero, Canna, Thuram and find a 'decent' partner for Emerson...?

1. It doesnt matter, they can be brilliant this season, and be rubbish next season, they are all losing a yard of pace every year, and opposing players are getting faster...
2. No you can, I'm talking world class CBs, (and considering Moggi doesnt buy 'potential players', thats at least 15-20m each...then a replacement for Nedved, Del Piero and possible Trezeguet...about 30-40m...you cant afford that.

And Lily, of course your right, Milan have an even worst position, they'll have to replace Cafu, Maldini and Stam around about the same time...that in itself is about 30m!!

Trezeguet's sale will generate the cash needed to sign his potential replacement.
All in all, we won't end up more than, say, 5m down.. and that's if our transfer campaign lands us in the red at all
