The teams will have 2 training sessions everyday. They will leave the hotel usually around 8.30am, and the 2nd session at arvo around 3.30pm they leave. Your best bet is actually when they came back from training, which will be around 1pm, where they will head to their function room for meals, which is located close to the back door. When they are done they will walk out, and if they noticed the crowd and feel like it they will come out. At the front, where the crowd is allowed to gather is still too far from the entrance, and when they head to training most of them head from their rooms straight into the bus.

Security are $#@!heads, so be respectful to them as well as to other fans who gathers there (no pushing, let everyone have fair chances to meet the players if they decided to step out) and you will have a good time, and the players will be more likely to come out more often.

Adelaide City (formerly Adelaide Juventus) beat WSW 1-0 in the FFA Cup last night. Was a great result for local football in this country.

It was so good having an actual team in this country to be able to support at a high level. It reminded me of when I was a kid and there was actual passion in the game. Unlike now :(
@Bianconero_Auswhat was the WSW supporters reaction? I realise that with the AFC Champions league coming up this game really didn't mean anything to the team but still interested to hear what the supporters reactions were

First up congratulations to Adelaide City for a great win and an amazing story for the FFA Cup knockout stages. That goal was awesome! Poor defending yes, but that kid showed great pace and finished well.

WSW supporters are very pissed off about the result and the general performance (and poor finishing) There's a big concern that were gonna struggle in the final third this season, we are lacking way too much creativity and speed now that Ono and Hersi are gone. Our other pre season results have been pretty poor as well.

One of my best mates is the Reserves coach at city and he was saying that they were surprised at how easy it was to defend. Juric was very good and they found it hard to contain him but they worked out really quickly that he had no support whatsoever so they just tried to cut his supply, forcing him to come deep to get the ball. He was saying that the WSW midfield was very static and provided nothing going forward so Juric was forced to constantly shoot from distance.

He was also saying that City really didn't think they could win so they didn't put a lot of time into researching WSW's game and just concentrated on their own game. They were VERY surprised at how they were able to isolate Juric so easily and control the game at the back. He did mention that WSW were the better team in the second half but were never going to score the way they were moving the ball forward...

City will probably get knocked out to one of the other premier league teams next round

I can see the Wanderers struggling this season in the HAL. Our style of play is very boring and one dimensional, and will be even moreso now that we sold our most creative players. Not impressed with our signings so far (although Romeo Castelen might come good) And yeah, our midfield options are all solid but unspectacular players like Poljak, La Rocca and Trifiro. Good graft, plenty of workrate but low quality.

Would love to see Adelaide make it further. You guys used to be my 2nd fav team in the old NSL (after Marconi of course) Those colours and that name :D it was only natural!
