Yeah I speak Arabic. Nationality is Jordanian, because I dropped the Ukaranian nationality when I got the Jordanian. Now I live in Jordan, used to live in Ukraine. My name is Qais Abou Jaoude.

You can call me old, yes. Some members here say I am middle aged.

To which campus are you applying? I studied in Byblos and took one semester in Beirut and I can tell you both are great but the Byblos one kicks ass.

I'm 19 anything over my age is old lol :p

Not sure mate, I still didn't apply, I'm having a huge argument with my parents, they don't want me to go to Lebanon because they know my nature and that I will in arabic (ahmal w 2see3 fo2 ma 2na saye3 w hamel)
If I had it my way I would chose to go to Beirut campus because all of my friends are there.
I'm applying for Civil Engineering or architecture, do you have any information how hard these majors are in LAU?

dunno :/ My great-great-grandfather left Lebanon and went to Jordan for some reason, there's a few Abou Jaoudes here in Jordan.
Really it's the first time you know a Lebanese Jordanian? I knew a few Lebanese Jordanians here, from families like Al-Beiruti, Al-Salameh and Al-Ali (durzi family iving in Jordan)

They are pretty decent, any major comes out well if one prepares, there is no hard major just some tough courses. Engineering will take you to Byblos in the end as in Beirut you can only take courses for up to two years and then you have to continue in Byblos to which I recommend you start already there and get used to the environment.

How far Byblos is from Beirut?
What major did you study at LAU?
I might also apply for AUB, it looks fucking awesome.
