Apparantly swimming is good for hangovers, i wouldn't know, cause i don't get them, no matter how much i drink :D

:tup: Probably the best thing to do when you are hung over.

The reason you feel hungover is because your body is processing a poison. There are only a few things you can do to speed it up or stop it. Firstly drink a lot of water to remove the dehydration. Second drinking orange juice, it has sugar to help speed up your metabolism and vitamin c which is good for hangovers but i cant remember why tbh. OR drink another beer, replacing the poison will stop you feeling so shit. If all else fails take "fizzy good make feel nice"

Simply put: Know when to stop.

    Only pussies drink beer & complain about it the next day,had it been spirits then that would have been another case.Man up already.

    This seems to be the general opinion, however I don't feel so. Lots of people only eat something light, like fruit and drink some juice. Personally I'd die if I did that. The best thing for me to eat is something concrete and that sits well in the stomach. My winner is...Pizza! Must be the tomatoes or something, but that sits best with me hungover.
    i instantly felt better today after i dragged myself to subway and got a footlong spicy italian and a litter of diet coke.

    actually some researcher in england were saying that bread and pork meat is the best hangover remedy they found

    Dude beer gives me the worst hangovers. I drank so much tonight. Pray for me.

    The only cure for a hang over is what you do before it. I drink like 3 glasses of water and an aspirin/panadol before I go to bed. People say eat fatty foods to soak up the alcohol but in reality eating healthy, refreshing things will help you more.
