He is not a flop but he's exactly as we expected. Overpriced and not someone to dictate your play. The end product is not a concern for me because you can see his technique. He's unlucky right now.

I actually still like him as a player. The price is a joke of course

Yesterday was probably Koopmeiners' best game (not yet at last season's levels). Nico Gonzalez is probably the reason why (& Thiago Motta). Teun didn't play as a 10 because Nico as a false 9 was dropping deep centrally allowing the number 8 to focus on a specific part of the field instead of running around filling gaps.

Koopmeiners
vs Milan / vs Torino
Shots: 1/4 vs 1/1
Touches: 63/75' vs 42/90'
Passes: 35/38 vs 21/23
Dribbles: 2/2 vs 0/1
Duels: 7/11 vs 1/7
Tackles: 3/3 vs 0/0

Most memorable moment from tonight was his pass out of bounds where he was like 4 yards from the touchline. It was like something you would see in U-10 sawker. Just a horrible signing.

I was so hyped for his transfer. Jurnos and fans alike were saying he’ll be a Nedved type transfer, the missing piece to unlock our midfield problems.

Lmfao, what a flop this dude turned out to be. I’d rather have Rabiot back 100%!
