Dude has a winning mentality and that's good. All he needs now is to start playing foodbal as a winner not as a pussy.
I watched him a lot the past two season playing for Atalanta and every time he looked like a beast. The footbal he is playing here is disastrous and i can put big part of the blame to Motta for this.
Also him being captain of this team with just 4 month being a part of this club, shows how clownish we have become.
He is right when he says everyone should do more. Its a must. This club is way too big fo so many pussys to get a paycheck and show nothing for years.

This all I want to hear feeling he will get better. Just like we need Luiz to be as good as we know his upside has shown, same with Koop. My friend some posters are too quick with losing their shit over players out of form play.
