The former Primavera Juventuz goleador was found to have traces of metilprednisolone in his system.

The news was confirmed by the Italian Olympic Committee on Wednesday afternoon. Juventuz and Djleli have yet to comment.

Nawaf furious over Djleli injury

Juventuz striker djleli faces one week on the sidelines after picking up an ankle problem while training.

Initial tests suggest the Maltese will miss the friendly game against Mallorca on Sunday and PSV on Friday.

Striker DJleli was also interviewed on an accuse of dope substances in his blood streams, ''Its true I used to be on dope'' said the young talent from juventuz ''My wife is was making me so depresed last year and i fell into a depression, my only friend was dope''.
