Welcome to the forum, but where did u come up with this ridiculous formation?

Criscito has never played right back, and never will; his natural position is LB, and he can also play CB. As for DC, it's too risky @ this point in time, to have him as our starting LB.

As far as Giovinco is concerned, he can't defend, so why do you have him as part of a 3 man midfield playing behind Diego? That is definitely not his position Also, if you are implying that Marchisio should be a right sided midfielder then you are gravely mistaken

As far as your bench is concerned, I don't see any defenders in there (with the excpetion of Legro). Your bench is very unbalanced. No substitute keeper?

I think we could play a 4-2-3-1 next season, with wing-forwards like Iaquinta/DP so we can switch to a sort of 4-2-2-2 if needed. Could see this formation bring out some free-flowing, entertaining footie as well. I feel with a new RB we'd have a pretty complete squad, although still a younger, WC CB and a better LB would be needed. Our forward line is pretty potent imo if used correctly and we have alot of options in that area, although not so much depth.

Our defense is full of average players and I think we could use alot more quality there. Midfield is probably somewhere in between, we got two very good CMs in momo and marchisio but I wouldn't say either are WC. At the same time I don't think it'd be worth the $$ nor can we find a better replacement either.

Obviously the fulcrum would be diego and yes it would be a bit of a gamble to build a team around him in his first season. But I think it needs to be done. Although we don't have a person to replace Diego atm, maybe Giovinco or Camo could be groomed for that role though.

...imo we won't keep almiron for sure. The rest of them have a slight possibility to stay.

Point is, that i dont believe that Secco is capable of selling more than two in just one transfer season.
They are his flops, he feels a responsibility for them.
Selling them off for nothing within a year would only magnify his mistake.
Thats why i was so against our previous policy of gathering so much crap.
We wont be able to fix that within a year...

Considering the fact that they both still have 3 years in their contracts left and earns bigger money than they deserve and would get in other club i don't think that we could pull of something more than a loan with an option to buy in the end of season. We have no other chance whatsoever to fix the horrible Almiron transfer than just giving the lad a chance to play, maybe some dumbass manager of rich club like ManCity goes for Tiago but i doubt it. Cronios is right, with so many things to resolve in defence, i think the possibility that we sell both Tiago and Almiron in this summer is close to 0%.

I'd use a similar formation with the exception of using Gio as both del piero's replacement and Diego's sub too. And use Camoranesi more as a CM:
