I'm all for marchisio starting, the earlier he gets to play the better he will get. Imagine him ina few years time, he could be our midfield engine.
Only problem is... where will we field him? If don't buy Xabi or somebody else, I suppose he can fit in next to Sissoko. Might be a great duo in the future.

I want to give chances to some young players too...

But not have them as vital parts of our team...

Marchisio is still unproven...

We need to buy some world class player and give him some time so in a few years he can be a world class player...

But now he is not ready...

exactly we can't start giving a player a first team squad place when they are older than 25, and then expect them to be world class, marchisio and giovinco are in the time of their careers where they need to start making this potential into ability and it can't be done sat on the bench.

If you don't start a player young don't expect them to become world class then.

I agree with you. But as i said to another thread, we need a squad of some young and some expirienced and good players. I don't see such players in Juve. I am talking for the midfield that the only player we have is Zanetti who i am not sure if he is good enough to be a leader for our team this year...

its ok with my stlye now????

its all about finding a balance and giovinco and marchisio are two of the very best youngsters we have had for a while. It would break my heart to see such talents go to waste.
And yes your writing struture is fine now :)

I tottaly agree. We need some world class players and some talents that will be world class players in the future. If we can do this, we will be just perfect...

It won't happen but I like it for a couple of reasons.
1. molinaro isn't starting
2. tiago plays well in a 3 man midfield, I think a midfield consisting of him, cammo, and sissoko is pretty balanced. Cammo is well rounded in every aspect of the game and sissoko runs around like a dog for 90 minutes, so maybe it might open up play for tiago.

It's a very good system, I like it a lot. Ranieri used something like that in some matches. I remember one with roma. The midfield is very good and we have Giovinco, Nedved and Marchionni who can support it. Marchionni played as a AMC in Parma.

The disadvantages are:
- Sali can play only as a R/LB which is not so good
- I dont knoy were marchisio will play. He is not a DM neither a AMC
- We need more strikers for this. We can not have only 4 for 3 positions...

you cant change the system and suffer on LB position with unproven Grygera, or play 3 strikers with 4 in total with so many games , or play long term injured player at CB just in order to justify playing Tiago..

Tiago is not Ronaldinho or Gerard or even Lampard that whole team should be based/build/changed because of him.

If you take Tiago out of team, you can make better system.

Say what you want, but Tiago will not be even bench player next season...100%

I didn't know Grygera can play on the left flank and on the right flank at the same time. :p

Anyways, with all this signing in CB and DM, it may also be a posibility that we play a 3-4-3, using Mellberg as RCB, and Molinaro or De Ceglie as attacking wingback.

3 CB might offset Moli's constant defensive lapses.

---Melberg--Andrade--Chiellini---
-------------------------------------Molinaro
------------Poulsen
-Camo-----------------Sissoko

Amauri------Trez--------Del Pie

Its a possibility, since we can revert to a normal 4-4-2 when defending, or a 4-3-3
with Molinaro slotting back to LB and Melberg taking RB.

I very much doubt it.

I don't recall Ranieri ever not play a back 4 and Molinaro isn't good enough to play that role.
