I don't see Salihamidzic as a starter,more a replacement for RB or RMF!He has a great moral&fighting spirit but I think he's more for the last min. of a game to push the team.

When you have a player as versatile as Salihamidzic, it is best to bring him off the bench. He is best at RM and RB, but can also play the left side as well. He will hardly ride the bench at Juventus. He will come on as a tactical sub game after game. He is a very useful player like this.

Two CBs? we already have Boumsong and Criticio (the only two that i think will stay for next season).Zebina and Grygera can play there as well, so we will have an overflow of defenders.

I forgot to wrote I want to offload Boumsong, Kovac, Piccolo and Legrottaglie.

The good thing with Hasan, other than his versatility, is the fact he is a model professional and he will accept pretty much everything the coach decides, that's simply his nature. That said I can't believe some of you see him as a super sub or whatever, Tony though makes a valid point that he is very effective that way, but he is also a top class player that can, as things are now, play as a starter in more than one position next season.

1. Right back, better than both Grygera and Zebina IMO. Zebina is good but too unprecictable, Grygera I'm not too familiar with but my good friend rscafan said he's a good player but far from being a saviour of our defense, that's enough for me.
2. Left midfield, depends on Nedved and his will to continue, Hasan can be a pretty good replacement. Who else is left? Palladino?
3. Right midfield, again depends on Camoranesi and will he leave, personally I don't rate him much higher than Hasan but they are both great and most importantly different players. Anywho Hasan is certainly in front of Marchionni.

After spending close to 10 years with one of Europe's greatest clubs and winning pretty much everything do you think he would consider leaving them for a club with no European football for at least a year and as a rotation player? Get real people, Hasan is coming here and to play football, stop underrating him.

Hasan is so versatile, I see him playing alomst every match if he doesn't get injured.

He will surely help the defence out, but grygera isn't the new Zambrotta or Cannavaro for example, he is decent, but not world class, else he wouldn't have gone to Juve on a free transfer but then other clubs would have definately bought him in the past.
Also, I think Grygera fits better in centr of defence then on the wing.

For all these reasons brought up by Vlatko. I think it shows even more why he can be great coming off the bench. I am sure he will start a few game and play all over the place. That is the reason we picked him up. He is very good at feeding balls into the box. Not so convinced with his defensive skills. I like him as a backup there especially.

As for Grygera. I simply don't think he is good enough for CB. He would be a respectable RB for now. Most certainly not a savior. Another player who can play multiple positions, but it is worth starting him at RB. I don't think Sali or Zebina are better options there.

I think we will see a new, one step higher Grygera in Juve.

Basically we could end up with needing two wingers, one for each flank. Hasan can be a easy solution for Camo's right side if he leaves with no extra cash spent, better to use the extra money for a deserving Nedved replacement than to buy some average players for our two flanks. Hasan can hold his own on each side IMO.

For weaknesses, I think he gets a bit over agressive at times and his ability to slide tackle (which is a strength) tends to get him out of position from time to time.

After adjusting to the style of the Serie A way of defense, I think he will be a good fit. He will not be a player with the class of Zambrotta, but a gritty and respectable option at RB and a decent backup at CB.

Nice formation but do you think that Grygera would like sitting on the bench in his first season in the club ?DD will have to deal with that carefully, especially since he will have zebina in that position as well.

imo one of the most important factors for next season would be the performances of our lower profile players.Players like Balzaretti,zanetti,zebina,boumsong,etc...If they have solid peformances than i think the team will have a very good season.

I'm not with Grygera sitting on the bench with his first season with us, that said that he will have to accept the rotation, like I mentioned we have good several young players and It would be really sad to let them go or waste their talent like we did with Enzo. Though Enzo is another story thanks to Crapello.

Anyway, Serie A will be tough and long season, I think Didier is much more open than Capello he will give most of the players in the squad chances, and hopefully who ever shines more will net the starting 11. But so far, I would like this formation to look like for next season.

He is having his best year so far at Ajax, and mostly used as CB.
I think with a great player next to him (Samuel or Canna for example), it could be a very good duo

He is 26 (born May 14 1980), has scored 14 goals in 211 matches for his teams, he has scored once in his 44 appearences for Chech Republic.

Yes he can. I see him as a better solution for Nedved. I like Camoranesi's style and I think if we were to replace him, would need to select a player with speed. Camo is very good at getting into the corner and allowing the team to move up. Sali to me looks like a better option to play at the top corner of the box and wing in passes. I also think that he would work well with Chiellini and improve his play. On the Right side, if Camo leaves, I beleive that we will have a serious issue. Sali COULD play there, but it would change our squad a bit too much for my liking. We get a lot of depth in attack on Camoranesi's side. I don't think that is one of Sali's strengths.

I dont think the management will offload Boumsong, its just bad business.He has 3 more years left on his contract and believe it or not i still hold a glimmer of hope for him

anyway i didnt even mention those other 3 players.

its important that we bring in a quality midfielder. Also deciding who to loan out from our young players and who to keep would be very important as we have some potentially good players for the future but we just need them to prove themselves a bit more.

Very good observations, problem is I don't see Camoranesi staying with us. I like Chiellini and him and Hasan could make a lethal, fast paced duo, a very good combination indeed. It's true, Hasan is a penetrating winger, that relies on his pace, dribble then cross, EPL type of winger. He's very good at his position but he is not a player that holds onto the ball and creates space and chances, in that he is different from Camoranesi.

Like I said I don't see Camo staying so IMO it would be best to have Hasan occupy one flank and bring a world class player for either right or left, Robinho, Ribery.

IF Camoranesi would stay we could than concetrate a lot more on improving the central midfield.

I dont either. Like I said earlier in the thread... If Camo leaves it is a big problem. We don't have an adequate replacement and we don't have the money or time to revamp our midfield. His decision is a big one... as is Trez'

True, but for Trez, I see chances for replacement, for Camo and, if he decides to leave, Gigi, it would be a lot more difficult.
