I hope we play this team at some point in time

Buffon
Licht-Bonucci-Chiellini-Evra
Cuadrado-Marchisio-Pogba-Alex Sandro
Dybala-Morata
Don't think that Alex Sandro would make a great LM. I know he's great going forward, but doing that from the LB is something quite different that the same from LM. Could work if he works on it during training, but not right off the bat imo.

Otherwise, great lineup, even if it does limit Pogba.

It's a very asymetrical 4-3-3, with Morata drifting centrally a lot and Cuadrado staying wider and deeper.

Nothing we didn't know before.

All those fixed formation names are overrated anyways, no team stays in a fixed shape during every stage of the game.

Point is Morata isn't a winger. He drift wide when defending but when we attack he's more of a striker.

Cuadrado play out wide, but positioned as a right AM as well - a little more central than a winger in a 451 would.

Really dont think Alex Sandro best position is the LM. Hes not the typical attack minded Brazilian fullback that cant defend. On the other hand he does not have the offensive skill of a Marcelo or Alves. LB is definetly his best position. I dont like the idea of playing with 5 defenders. We could just as well stick with the 3-5-2. We should really follow the path from the City game. 4-3-3 with one winger playing wide (Cuadrado or maybe Pereyra as a sub) and one playing as a support striker (Morata, Dybala)

Is that some weird pep formation where you have 100 % posetion which makes a goalkeeper redundant;-)

We currently allow too many opportunities for the opposition.
We must find that balance in defence its hard pointing out who is to blame for this
