Which sys utilities do u guys use?

I use

1.Ace utilities (Junk files and Registry cleaning)
2.Tuneup Utilities 2004 (Junk files and Registry cleaning)
3. Ad-aware SE
4. Spybot Search and Destroy.
5. Avast Anti-Virus. - This thing is amazing, the best anti virus program, I've used Norton and PC-Cillin but Avast Detected stuff these couldnt, best of all its free.
