What's the alternative? keep with Dusan and watch him constantly missing easy chances?
I know it’s a tough decision. But Tudor’s playing with one striker and we brought David for it - he is on big wages and agent fees.
We should sign a cheap back up and focus on other areas like CB, wingbacks and a starting midfielder next to Thuram.
We are wasting all of our resources on the striker department. Either or Kolo and don’t sign David…. Or atleast get rid of Vlahovic, but costs wise it’s a suicide mission and the team is in need for so much on other fronts….

Don’t get me wrong he’s a good player and I am not complaining if we sign him - it’s just the squad building which is way off

I like Kolo Muani but I agree. If we are looking at where the weakness is, RWB and LCB are far bigger problems. Probably CM too. Unless Tudor has something planned to play both Kolo Muani and David.

I think you'll see Kolo play behind David quite a bit. He brings such a change of pace and isn't a traditional CF like David is.

No matter how we line up at the back, it feels like the formation will be 2 behind the lone striker up front. That group can include Yildiz, Conceicao, Luiz (for now), McKennie, Koop, and now Kolo. It allows you to really change the attack based on who you're facing. Put pacey, dribblers on or hold-up-play guys alongside Yildiz. I don't hate it in theory.

See I'd argue that David is not a typical #9, I could very well see him in support/alongside Kolo Muani

I get where you are coming from but in this instance Id take Kolo Muani for the cost we are paying than spend say 20 mill on someone like Pinamonti who would probably be here now if Junktoli was still around.

The Vlahovic situation I warned from the outset would drag on, I think the club have made a decision to get Kolo now or risk losing him entirely and we're stuck with Dusan anyways and we'll be back to square 1 next summer when we have to replace Dusan anyways.

RWB : Arnau Martinez from Girona mentioned or Nahuel Molina
LCB, Who do you suggest as low cost operation ? Kelly probably could be sold to PL (Wolves or Sunderland) if we have suitable replacement. Veiga would be expensive

Veiga is probably off to Villarreal

I'm not even mad at that, I think Hancko would have been a better fit for the current system, had we stuck with a back 4 then I'd lean more favourably toward Veiga.
