The first two were never realistic, just clickbait.

Gyokeres may prove to be a bullet dodged anyway, imo
I still don’t know if this David shit is even remotely true. To me it’s gonna be an extension of kolo muani and don’t be surprised if we get stuck with Dusan

Gyokeres was more of a risk compared to Osimhen - No doubt about it. Is it worth taking? I think most of us would.
In any case David is a good player and he will score some goals but he wouldnt be anything special.

Right now Dusan has low market value selling him for his demands is gonna be hard. They like Randall they are going to extend him and chiccu and hope Dusan has a good first half and maybe sell him in January
Too much of a longshot. We should sell him now before his value drops to 0.

Yeah nobody's gonna pay Dusan what he wants. Might as well keep him, let him leave for free next year. Upgrade other positions instead.

That’s why all these were agreed etc to me are bigger clickbait. Until Dusan is gone which I don’t see happening our only option is the loans

I think we have to, even if we dont get the sum we want - The other option is probably a free transfer.
It’s not about what we want. It’s about his wages he wants a lot and no one is paying him that after his last two seasons

Agree, David and Kolo are two good players but similar level. Either get someone elite or don't bother, unless we actually get Dusan sold, then we will need depth in attack.

As much as I love the marketing around Gyokeres (his agents have done a fantastic job boosting his profile for being a relatively unsuccessful striker in his early 20s and poaching the ever-living-fuck out of clubs in Portugal, plus his Bane celebration face mask shit), I do think he'd be more likely to NOT match his output in a bigger league.

At least Dusan was scoring goals against Serie A clubs before we bought him.

David I like a lot but I think he needs a great supporting cast around him and lots of support. I don't know how that works for us currently.
