Nico is more suited to Tudor. He is hardworking winger also in defense and pressing. Tudor will be very stressful asking Sancho to press / contribute in defensive phase.

And also we need Nico more. Tudor seems deploy inverted winger. Nico / Chico on the right with their left foot. Yildiz / Mbangula on the left with their right foot. Adzic could be additional player there.
I wouldn't consider Sancho now. Even in case to exchange with Vlahovic. I prefer to keep Vlahovic to rotate with Kolo. If we want to sign a new AM / Winger, it's better an upgrade or difference maker like Yildiz. If not, we should settle for Yildiz / Mbangula, Chico / Nico
