Seriously we should just stop buying from Serie Ass full stop, over priced and largely over rated. Buy Biereth from Monaco instead ffs.
I'm not sure Biereth is as good as the stats suggest.

He was at Motherwell last season and saw him a bit. He was good but not close to a standout in a very poor league.

I'm sure he's developed a lot since but I don't think anyone who saw him a year ago would say he would get to the level we require.

We should absolutely be buying from Ligue 1 before anybody else. I'm fine with buying proven talent from Serie Ass as long as we aren't overpaying, which is practically impossible now. We should be looking at these names from Ligue 1 and trying to secure a deal before the Prem comes in. Obviously the amazing likes of Doue, Akliouche, Ben Seghir, and Barcola are all missed opportunities, but these kids are the next big things we should be targeting.

We should try for De Bruyne. Past his prime yes but this team sorely needs an experienced leader.

Also Napoli going all in for Jonathan David on a bosman. Why arent we? We will end up spending 60+ million on Osimhen while they reinvest those funds elsewhere.

I think im at the point now where im ready for a complete reset. New president director and manager. So until those things happen the market is secondary. And those decisions need to happen sooner than later. Cant wait until the transfer window opens, theyre gonna need time to evaluate.

Napoli has presented an offer to Jonathan David and the contacts to sign him on a free transfer are at an advanced stage. The striker, who is set to leave Lille at the end of the season, has received an important contract proposal. Some details remain to be defined, with new discussions expected in the coming days. Napoli with more good signings if happens. Not really a fan of De Bruyne, due to his massive wages and older age, but it's massive moves from Napoli. Seems like they will sell somebody for big bucks, the boy O. I think he'd do great here.

David seems like another good move. I wish somebody would sign Vlahovic so we start chasing other strikers - although I have no clue who we'd go after.

With UCL football, Osimhen (although still unlikely)

Without CL football, Lorenzo Lucca or Hojlund on loan

Second part is absolutely disgusting. I can't even describe how shit we've become if we attract those names.

I don't know but I think our whole scouting system is total shit. There are many weaker (financially) clubs than us that are capable of signing good players. It's like we're scared to sign unknown players with potential but only consider talented players that choked at some club. Pathetic.
