Ramos is a surprising name
Retegui seems like our obvious choice (not a good choice though)
Gyokeres - Im pretty sure he will get other offers even if we join the fray. Atletico Chelsea Barcelona Arsenal maybe Man Utd as well - They could all rival us and lets not forget PSG who can spend 70M just for fun.
I disagree with your assessment of retegui he has a good eye for goal and with the right mentality can be lethal

Where did you get this stat? I’m sure there is other options on the table but you can’t tell me that we don’t need to revamp up front
Good defenses win titles. Modern football is based on great midfield and defense especially FB's. ACL is the injury with most relapses in the sport, google it.

We won a title with Matri and Vucinic but we had MVP and BBC paired with Licht.

That's pretty much the opposite of what I said.
Yes your statement is a vague nonsensical statement. Could be said about any player

It's not vague or nonsensical.

2 seasons ago Gyokeres wasn't getting even goal every 2nd game in the 2nd tier in England. He's since done well in a league that Darwin Nunez looked like a good finisher in. Retegui score 9 in 31 games the season before last and we know how many Atalanta players have flopped since moving. Ramos again not a goal evert 2nd game striker in a team that steamrolls it way. to titles (Kean had a marginally better scoring rate at PSG).

Of course any signing could fail. But for me all 3 of those strikers have an extremely high chance of flopping, especially for the high price tags and compared to e.g. Oshimen who I would be more confident would not flop.
