I'm not sure that we sold Coman in 2015 in order to fund Douglas Costa's transfer in 2017.
We sold Coman after Pirlo, Tevez, Llorente and Vidal left and after we bought Dybala, Mandzukic, Cuadrado, Alex Sandro and Khedira. We already had an excellent team and Coman was aware that he won't get as many chances as he wished. We probably weren't desperate to sell him, but we weren't gonna stop him if he wanted to leave. That was it. He had a fine career, but there were no losers here. We won the following 5 scudetti and made it to a CL final. Imo, he wouldn't have helped us achieve more, we couldn't know that a banter era will follow six years later, and Coman probably wasn't prepared to be a bench warmer for five years and then be a starter in 2021.

I'd even say that the sentence: "We sold Huijsen so we could buy Kelly" isn't true, but this happened in the same season so it's normal to make the parallel.
Agree, We sold Huijsen to sign Todibo which become Kalulu. We wont even sign Kelly if Cabal and Bremer not injured. Mid season we sign Kelly to cover LCB / LB role. He is quite expensive if all add on fee paid but probably no other option available

Pedulla says juve working on both conte and osimhen and that allegri met with ADL last week.
That's around 100 million right there in transfer sums because we'll certainly get fleeced on Conte's buyout as well. Not to mention 2 skyhigh salaries... Doubt that's true. I understand the Conte part but Osimhen would be insane.

if Elkann wants to pay let him pay. They’re playing for the scudetto with those two.

He was playing as an SS with his back to goal under Allegro. Of course he was going to leave at some point.

Regardless of what we achieved without him, JJ is a graveyard for young skillful wingers in general.

I don't care, it's not my money but it's not sustainable management.
We have wasted €20M just on dry loans. Not to mention all the rubbish we've brought over the summer that will be difficult to get rid of. Guys like Kelly and David Luiz. Sustainable management can be perceived in different ways. What we did over the summer was definitely not sustainable. Junktoli banked big time on the signings he made to have a successful year but it all went to bust.

Why do you think we're going after guarantees like Conte and Osimhen now? Not that we'll get all of them but this is just management admitting that they fucked up big time this summer.
