Kalulu did well tbh. It was a good move.

Thiaw isn’t a bad player at all. Can play multiple positions too.

Both arent bad players. In fact Thiaw isnt even inferior to Kalulu but the question is do we want to complain about our defense again next season or we actually do something to fix it.
Kalulu is doing well but if I need to be completely honest Kalulu Gatti Rugani (basically everyone but Bremer) aren`t really good enough.
All could be good bench players but as starters after seeing our defense through the years.. Juve had problem in defense so they got another top defender. That what fixed our defense before and that's what we should do now.

If we bring Thiaw we get another rotation player - nothing is wrong about it but at this point I want a must starter.
Track a top CB who is one of the following:
Gave a great season and look like the next big thing.
Get a WC player who had a bad season (basically unlucky one)
Get a WC player who is killing it - This one would be near impossible to do...

I feel like Chelsea still have about 15 players they're looking to unload.

I'd try to take advantage of that in the final week of the window, whether it's Veiga or someone else.
That’d actually be a best case scenario for us, especially regarding Veiga, but as things stand it’s looking highly unlikely tbh.

We'd definitely have to sell another CB for that to happen and there aren't many Kelly, Djalo or Rugani rumours apart from some very vague suggestions.

Ideally we'd sell both and get Balerdi and Veiga for instance. Hell even Thiaw and Veiga would be a good upgrade but that's not happening.
