Have you guys seen this guy Pepê from FC Porto?

Incredible player. Exactly what our squad is missing right now: pace, flair, work rate, versatility. He can play anywhere.

We should go all in for him. Honestly, €30M should be enough. A bargain in today’s market.

Comolli will sign another player named Pepe and bring him out of retirement

And unfortunately I always thought it'd be realistic we'd sign him. Not many reasons bar him being an Italian.
I imagined he might be someone we'd sign one day as a squad player while we already had a really good squad, he'd play 1600 mins or something. If you sign him now he'd be playing 2500 mins, it's a sad situation.

I take everything I read with a pinch of salt, the club is a closed shop this summer and it's 99% regurgitated or made up. Costa was apparently going to Sporting, then all of a sudden he's at Porto lol. Maybe someone's heard part of a story and it's ended up like Chinese whispers.

Partly I can't complain what we're doing so far but it just seems way too slow. I guess we depend on the sales way too much. What I don't like is how we're handling that part as it seems we're really undervaluing our players quite a bit. I actually like the idea of us getting 5 players but at this point it's scary to trust our board. I think Vlahovic is holding us back due to his wages.

Igor Tudor had a significant say in finalizing the deal for JoaoMario. The #Juventus coach pushed for the Portuguese player to join Turin.
Funny that, the other day it was Igor that told the management to keep Costa at all cost.
