40m for this guy is crazy, but Simeonw will probably make a good defender out of him.
It's fantastic when you can dictate how much you want to sell for. Their flops they sell for 40. Our promising young players we accept 8ml. It's ridiculous, we are forced to sell because we can't do anything without selling but fuck me. If we wanted to buy Mbangula from Atalanta we'd have to pay minimum 25.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea are using "Has experience learning defending at Juventus" as a selling point in a way that we have never and would never.

One of the reason they can sell very high is that he have a good half season with us. played full match for 13 matches. and also still young. The initial fee €40m is huge. They invest €14m and already recoup €4m from us for loan fee. His valuation wont be this high if we dont loan and play him

So strange that people rate his good performance with us (Serie A) and while he is owned by PL Club, his fee is more expensive (€40m)

True, and I totally agree. But on the other hand, it’s nice when you have all the money in the world and can afford to keep a player if no one offers you the price you’re asking for, while still being able to sign whoever you want.

On another note, everyone is signing players and completing their teams except us. We’re going to be happy if we end up 5th this year. Inter was already strong, Napoli made some nice acquisitions, and Roma is reinforcing heavily, while we don’t even have a plan, or at least it seems like that.

Not even Comolli knows who Comolli will bring this year

I wonder why we aren't all over Hancko or Laporte. So Hancko is rumored to go to Al Nasser basically making Laporte available as he'll be second choice there.

Both are better than Kelly. One is younger and costs 30-35m, Laporte would probably be cheaper in transfer value but his wages would be higher.

The only certainty is we will struggle to finish fourth and won’t change Tutor’s Neanderthal system.
The present odds have us finishing third so Tudor should go by Christmas if worse than that.

Has anyone confirmed what formation we're going to play next season?
I'm far from a football expert, but sounds like midfield weak that need three man one for team success.
