Juventus pushing for Sancho and send Rashford enquiry
Latest from Sky Sports News' Dharmesh Sheth & Sky Italy:
Juventus are pushing for Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho – and have made an inquiry about Marcus Rashford.
Talks are open between Juve, United and Sancho’s representatives as the Italian club look to have both Sancho and Porto’s Francisco Conceicao on the wings.
Juventus are currently finalising a permanent deal for Conceicao, who was on loan there last season, worth almost £28m (€32m) and paid in four instalments.
It is thought there would have to be departures at Juve to fund a move for Sancho, and both Timothy Weah and Nico Gonzalez could leave the club.
Marseille are in talks to sign Weah, who turned down Nottingham Forest earlier in the summer, while Atletico Madrid and Inter are both interested in the Argentina international Gonzalez.
Juve have been interested in Sancho throughout the summer window so far and United him at £25m – and they are now also having a look at Rashford amid uncertainty over the future of Dusan Vlahovic.
Juve’s priority at centre-forward has been the return of Randal Kolo Muani but if Vlahovic leaves, the club may look to sign another striker and they have been asking for information about Rashford.
Rashford’s priority has been a move to Barcelona, who have stepped up their interest after failing with Nico Williams or Luis Diaz. However, no offer has yet arrived from Barca despite him emerging as their primary left-wing target.
Inter have also been mentioned with Sancho in the last 24 hours, but only if they are unable to sign Ademola Lookman, while Napoli had been interested in earlier in the window.
I think these links are true. Part of me wants to keep Vlahovic so that Rashford and Sancho don't come. Also, swap Koopmeiners for Lookman if he's available.
