How do they get these names. Sometimes it feels they just put random names in a bowl and have their random pick.
Instead of targeting a WC or someone with a WC potential we do this..
Honestly I`d even rather have De Ligt back than any of these names - even with the over-hype and hefty wages

Dodo and Chabot aren’t bad options. Chabot is probably meant to be a bench player, and he’s a solid choice for that role. I think Gatti, Bremer, and Kalulu will be the main three center backs, with Cabal, Chabot, Savona,Rugani and Kelly providing depth. Honestly, it’s a good thing if we’re targeting players with lower wages, especially for rotation purposes.

I can understand wanting to move on deadwood, but here we are wasting time on Sancho.

What is the long term plan?

I've had a fucking gutful.

There is none. It’s utterly putrid what’s become of this club. It’s the same shit we went through last season. Sleep walk our way through most of July and half of August and then panic buy expensive and failed signings by the third round of Serie A.

No that’s way too late to judge his work tbh.

Pre-season starts middle of next week and here we are, yet again, with barely any movement on the market when this team is in desperate need of 3-4 quality starters to be integrated into the squad asap.

Jonathan David was a nice start, but we still need to sort out Conceicao and Kolo Muani’s loans, sign a new RWB, LCB, reserve GK and CM, and begin to offload the large chunks of deadweight attached to us. Also adding a couple of other depth signings here and there to give Tudor more options.

They were probably so impressed by his performance last season against us in the CL with Stuttgart where we literally made Stuttgart look like prime real madrid, they must have thought Chabot was the 2nd coming of Sergio Ramos.
