If we can somehow get a good LB, Allegri doesn't have a single excuse. Just get everybody fit.
Our main midfield signing is known to be injury prone. The other one missed 20 games last season. We signed another injury prone striker, and our best player is coming back from an ACL injury.
“Keeping everybody fit” is just wishful thinking. What we did this mercato is a classic case of planning fallacy where your mind sees the upside of a decision through overly optimistic lenses and is blind to downsides.

Balice says between wage and bonuses (not sure what they were) but Depay would've gotten over 10m year. Add to that bonuses 2 or 3ml minused from Pjanic deal plus commissions he would've cost over double of what Milik does this year and we have the option not to buy Milik.

Momblano says once we didn't sell Rabiot, we veered away from Depay

Projecting injuries purely on history is a classic case of 'reasoning' from people with no medical backgrounds whatsoever and I will never agree with it.

PS: I said 'get everybody fit' not 'keep everybody fit', that's fantasy in a football season...

@IlCapitano @Robee

I hope you are not surprised, it was that obvious.
Never said he wouldn't be but if Sky says so it means chances are growing we sign another one.

Atletico Madrid are changing their position on Renan Lodi. They’re now open to let him leave in case a good loan proposal will arrive. #Atleti

Nottingham Forest, keen on Lodi as reported days ago.

Sergio Reguilón, one of main options considered by Atletico.

Even if one had medical background it would be impossible to “project” an injury since there’s no access to the player’s medical records. But I’m not projecting anything. It’s a perfectly reasonable thing to assess likelihood of a certain event based on statistical data.
but I’m sure Juventus agrees with your approach and not mine.

But your statistical data on Paredes says his career was practically injury free except for last season. Doesn't it?

Milik was the leading striker everywhere before. Having a more limited game time might (or might not) solve a lot of things. Let's wait and see.

Waiting for things to evolve is not overly optimistic. But it's certainly not overly pessimistic either.
