Nedved talking about Depay yesterday and they come up with Milik? The janitor has more say than him since he didn't want Allegri here too.
Maybe this is still all just smokescreen before we actually announce Depay as the new highest paid player in the squad, which is also far from ideal...

From the hundreds of decent forwards out there i just can’t believe that the best and main alternative to Depay would be Milik, i mean what kind of profile are we even looking for afterall because we are talking about two totally different type of players bar for the only thing they actually have in common which is probably their injury histories.

Juventus prefer to sign Milik over Memphis for two reasons: An economic reason and a reason for attitude issues. Juve are expected to make a decision in the next few hours. @MatteMoretto

Our #9 just touched the ball under ten times vs. Sampdoria. So naturally the solution is to find a backup for him that will touch it even less in the 5 matches he plays.
we need guys to get them the ball.
    buys crippled striker.
at least Miretti, Rovella can do something with a ball so they better play a lot.

On VS there were at least two 'gurus' who said Allegri never really wanted Zakaria, he was a 'market opportunity'.

They jumped on it once Spurs came on for both Kulu and Benta, because that's what allowed them to spend big on Vlahovic (this one is just my guessing though).
I could see it. Not that I've been particularly impressed by him, but if that's the case then I'm all for selling him.

This is it guys milik, Paredes to finish the season. Great Mercato 4/10
If we sell Kean for a reasonable fee, replace with a cheap Milik as backup CF, and get a decent starting LB with the funds from selling Kean, I’m all for that.

Upgrade a position of need, cheap lateral move at backup CF.

No LB upgrade and only Milik + Paredes in and it’s a joke of a finish.

Haha we are fucking stupid, we had the great opportunity to sign Udogie , but after he’s gone we probably are going to sign some medicore LB

But from everything indicated we wouldn’t have gotten him here this year, as shown by the fact Tottenham had to agree to loan him back for a year. So we’d still be bitching about our LBs all year. It would have been nice to have our future LB situation sorted but much nicer to buy a player to join immediately.

Man I’m not even acting like I’ve watched Udine last year , but from some games and highlights he looked really good fast, strong, young that’s what i call market opportunity , i even would be okay with loaning hin for one yeat back to Udine .

It’s sad when you can’t get best player from small team from your league , let alone from outside .

I’m not trying to sound negative and shit , but why the fuck did they wait till now to look for a LB , are they retarted or what , even kids knew Sandro is shit , same goes for De Sciglio , did they just found out last game ?

I’d say we would still need at least one other winger/forward type in that scenario, we are too thin as it is with Chiesa only back in 2023 and DiMaria with Kostic can’t play every game either, also i very much preffer Cuadrado as RB/RWB and not so much as a full time winger.
