We already have a shit back up striker, either improve or don't sign anyone at all. And how is the back up striker not important when we play like 50 games a season?
We have brand new backup striker signed just one summer mercato ago for around 40m who our coach doesn't even see u backup striker.

Who was Bayern’s backup striker during the Lewy era?

I expect someone cheap who can chip in with occasional goals. The fee we paid for Kean is ridiculous for what he offers. I don’t know what his wages are, but if we can get a cheap backup on low wages, while selling Kean without a big loss, I’m happy with that.

Why on earth would you want Milik here?

genuinely curious

If its all about getting rid of Kean> who btw you were quite positive about a couple of months ago if i remember correcty, then why replace him with pure shit ? dont get the logic
I don't want Milik here as in I want him want him. I would be fine with him as a backup because he is experienced, cheap and would play 10% of the time

I am still positive about Kean but he is expensive and does not fit what Max wants in a striker. I just don't want him playing winger here.

Yes, and we have the same amount of different goal scorers as Bayern have in their squad.
Hopefully with Chiesa back in a couple months and Di Maria we have do have quite a few players that can chip in goals.

I’d much rather we spend money on a starting LB and a class CM than a backup striker. Seems obvious that those are much bigger needs.

I see: i just dont see Milik as a priority whatsoever:

Imo bring in depay and either play Miretti more and give him more responsiblity or bring in Paredes. I would rather us play Miretti but if Allegri refuses, the least he could do is bring in a player that can manage game tempo and dictate matches. Paredes would surely do better than what we saw yesterday. That would free up Loca too potentially.

Milik is exactly what we do not need and should be avoiding, the same type of uninspiring signing that will not actually help improve the team by any considerable means…. but because he is a cheap market opportunity this obviously has a very high probability to happen, then the fact he won’t add or bring anything extra to the squad while also being injury prone is unfortunately the very reason why this deal will likely go through afterall.
