We need creative winger, fullbacks not backup ST (Milik) or DM (Paredes). This Samp game showed us we need more creativity and player who does well in one on one situation. We need ti gives service to our ST yet we spend a transfer window chasing backup ST and DM
What we need is a midfield. The main problem today was that we had the defence beginning possession, and then Vlahovic to score the goals. There was zero anything between the back and the front.

Thing is we do have some good players in the midfield, but two of the best ones are either injured (Pogba) or being used out of position (Locatelli). We can't fix the former besides simply waiting (and tbh you can bet Mr Ego is sitting watching all of this knowing he is the hero we need. He's going to properly explode when he comes back, and a powerful, confident pogba is going to boost morale beyond recognition) but if we sign a starter-quality DM it will make a HUGE difference to our setup because it will effectively be two additional players in the MF, because Locatelli will cease to be invisible due to being freed to be a mezzala, and we will swap one of the jabronis out for the new DM.

We already have players who can create but they are currently being limited mostly by a lack of service (ie no midfield) or continuity of possession from the defence to midfield to wide areas or through the centre (ie no midfield). It's either midfielders out of position and therefore underperforming or the knock on effects from the impact of those out of position players is having on the midfield itself.

Meanwhile we have no backup for Dusan, meaning he's gonna have to play every single minute in three competitions. A backup CF is unfortunately a priority for us.

So for my money, DM and CF are actually the most pressing positions to fill atm. Paredes on a loan with option and Depay (who also offers additional emergency LWF cover until Chiesa is back) on a free are the two smartest moves to make this window. Not necessarily because of who they are but because of what they will allow other players in the team to do (or not do if they get some rest). There just aren't other options for a club as cash-strapped as us.

I miss Lippi. I miss the Real Allegri, not this fraudulent poser who's happy to collect his paycheck while being devoid of any ideas. Heck, I even miss fucking Conte.
Conte would be a God send at this point. Despite the glaring character flaws, he is a super dependable top coach for league.

But still one can dream of Zidane as main choice.

That game today really gave me flashbacks to 2011, and not just because Q-Tube was there. We need somebody like that to turn these football players into golems who understand what Fino Alla Fine means.

Zidane will manage here one day, I feel. What is Deschamps doing these days?

Conte makes bums run and work hard

hard-working good players > hard-working bums > jogging good players > jogging bums

JJ team is a mixture of the latter two,. Conte would transform JJ into a mixture of the former two

Zidane will not join us now, got a feeling that Deschamps will leave France NT after the WC and Zidane will go there instead.

Allegri is on a four year contract, i dont think Agnelli will fire him as long as we qualify for CL. And i dont want us to miss CL , just to fire Allegri.

He should be fired if we end the season TROPHYLESS - AGAIN! We can't allow for such mediocrity. This is Juventus FFS!

In fact, if we win nothing again this year, everyone should be on the chopping block: Unibrow, Big Nips Papi, Chimichanga, Blond Bozo, Failegri and The Butchers.

Did we screw up on the transfer planning ?
If sampdoria and Sabiri can put balls like that and split our defense , only save by Perin i can't imagine when we play the likes of Bayern or City. From that its clearly shown that Bremer isnt comfortable on the left CB position when he tried to clear with his left. We needed a proper left footer when Chiellini went out but instead we didnt do anything.

No need to worry Bro. We won't be playing CL football beyond December. We'll finish 3rd in our group - teams like FC Cuminyaspor and SC Moldy will embarrass us in Europe.

Bremer is not even a problem IMO. We need a coach first and foremost, otherwise no player will look good here.

Just like there was no reason to be euphoric last week, there's no need to exaggerate this week.

Yes, it was a horrible shit show. But we were also without Di Maria, Pogba, Chiesa & aren't done with our transfer window just yet.

We simply can not miss all 3 of these guys. If or when that happens, we'll be in trouble every time unless the mercato hands us an extra option.
Allegri needs to start 2 of the youngsters or Paredes every fucking game from now on. If he doesn't realise this now, he needs to go asap. Therefor it shouldn't be Paredes or Rovella, we simply need both. It's painfully obvious Locatelli ain't made for this even if he had an excuse in Laurel and Hardy in front of him who didn't exactly help.

We need a miracle against Roma but 7/9 would be an okay start. 4 or 5 is not enough.

While Milan were grinding out wins with Salaemakers and Giroud last season, we need Pogba, Di Maria and Chiesa to beat Sampdoria :shifty:

The excuses are looking pretty stupid by the day

This team lacks any fight or grinta. No matter which top player we bring in, there is no hustle or organization in this team. This is completely down to the coach.

You can't have a coach on freaking 9M net per year have us play like this.

The quality in Serie A has dropped down massively and the coach is making sure we drag ourselves down to that level.

Remember the times when guys like Borriello and Osvaldo won us crucial games? God I miss those times.
