Immobile has definitely been the best striker in Serie A in many of his seasons, as Berardi has been the best winger. Lazio fans won't give a crap about Immobile being poor for Italy while breaking scoring records every other season for them. We can wait years talking about talent while other players perform. Balotelli had more talent than Immobile without a doubt, yet ended up with 1/10th of his career.

Not that I wouldn't be happy to sign Zaniolo, it would be great, massive talent and he does seem to want to work hard for it. He doesn't have the attitude of a lazy player at all, only his knees are a question mark sadly. But a player like Berardi, who is a leader at Sassuolo, became his club's biggest legend, works hard and has the talent to back it all up gets called out for choosing loyalty over glory and money? We complain about "modern" footballers being all about money and fame and when the opposite example arises we complain about them too. Berardi clocks in 15 assists per season in Serie A and his passes are finished by Djuricic, Scammaca, Raspadori, Traore, Defrel, etc. him feeding to Chiesa and Valhovic would be something else.

And the market hasn't officially started yet. These new directors seem to be much more determined and structured than Paratici.

So far, if we believe rumors

Pogba
Di Maria
Zaniolo
Cambiaso
Gatti
Rovella
Fagioli

are joining.
Promising moves so far.
Five of them are Italians which is something the management has said to be focusing on a lot.

Berardi is an interista who has refused to join us in the past, probably partially also thanks to this. I would have never signed him.
Zaniolo is Juventino, but 50m is too much. he is a gamble, 350-40m should be maximum.

hi guys long time lurker here.

agree with aksen. himself being a interista and rejecting us once before alone is a good enough reason.

Berardi is an Inter fan - So.. You cant expect a team full of fans..
He rejected us due to him feeling not ready - Its not as he went to another team instead, he stayed put.
After he said he is now ready for the next step - He would definitely jump on the opportunity to go to Juve.

In any case it seems Berardi is off the table now as Di Maria is likely and Zaniolo seems like the next in line.

Zaniolo is a gamble. I have no doubts about his abilities but worry about his injury history. would he play on the midfield of a 433 though?

Di Maria is a solid short term buy.

I’m against selling De Ligt. We need minimum 80-90m cash and get Koulibally to make it palatable

I don't expect team full of fans, but when the guy is openly shitting on team on social media and it's clear to see that he hates a particular club then for me he should never play for it.

The fan thing is overblown anyway. Italians families often have siblings who support different teams as a kid (personally I find this weird). Paolo Maldini supported Juve. Balotelli supports Milan. Candreva supports Roma and was a leading player for Lazio. George Weah supports Juve. Verratti, Immobile and reportedly even Insigne supported Juve as kids. Doesn't mean as much as you think at pro level.

Kinda agree, but he is one of our few cash cows. We need to milk something

Lot of us against selling MdL, but he has 2y left from his contract, if doesn't want to extend it, our management's hand just tied.

Bonucci is a symbol of Juve and he grew up at Inter. Same for Pirlo the Inter starlet, Milan legend, and then Juve's symbol of rebirth. Cannavaro is a Napoli even if he now also loves Juve. These things are normal and they professionals, in the end love for a club grows like Locatelli who spent his whole youth at Milan and is now clearly a Juve fan.

Only players I wouldn't sign for this reason who truly go out of their way to be anti-Juve. Like Materazzi or Nainggolan. Who wouldn't sign MIlan fan Tonali or Inter fan Barella?

Indeed I would renew De Ligt but if he doesn't want to renew then better to make money from him than let him go for free/cheap. Would rather have what happened to Milan with Donnarumma, Kessie, and Calhanoglu to us.

#Juventus aim to get 80mln€ from the sales of players listed in the mercato: here is the list, to which the salaries of #Ramsey and #Arthur have been added in case they leave.

Chelsea will push for MDL, once their main RB/CB target last two years - Kunde completes his move to Barca. Them they will focus solely on MDL. This transfer will happen 100% imo
Kounde was their main target when Marina was there. It's said that Tuchel himself prefers MdL, once she was fired they started to listen more to their coach and the rumour says he said he prefer de Ligt.

I am quite sure that MdL will leave (if he would stay here for long term, would already extended his contract), but really hope we can avoid that Werner will be included in this deal. No need to another CF who would be played as a winger by that idiot Allegri.
