Bruh - my house in Florida went from 425k (I bought for) to 660k in one year

nutz on the little man’s chin for sure
:agree:

Blind bidding is a big problem here. Homes are going sometimes up to 25% over asking price. It’s crazy.

At the start of Air Bnb trend was the last time people had a chance to get into the real estate market at a reasonable price. Too many people now have bought places to just rent out on air bnb, and it’s made houses skyrocket in price again as income generators, and even worse it’s caused a massive hike in rent costs and a rental crunch for those who can’t buy.

When we listed a rental suite in one of our places, we had 100 responses in two days. Lol

What? You would say no to Casemiro?
Prioritize SMS. Everything else is irrelevant.

Casemiro isn't getting any younger, and we need a player with a different profile, one with an attacking impetus, someone who can push the ball forward.

Remember when Real signed Ronaldo and Kaka and ditched Robben and Sneijder for relative peanuts and then both played CL final a year later with Bayern and Inter? With Real bringing Mbappe, I sense a similar bargain opportunity here.
That is before PL money kicked in.

Now all of Real's bench/surplus end up at EPL for exorbitant fees. There are no 'bargains' anymore.

SMS would be great, but him for 50-70m on 8m gross would be a very big investment compared to Pogba on 7m net (10m gross). Even with a signing fee of 10/20m. Assuming that he wont get more than 7m net

Maybe, but the problem with Pogba is that he will spend half of the season in JMedical dabbing with our physios.

Wonder if Grealish will be crucified in England after yesterdays semi final - would gladly take him to our team. This kind of creative LW would really help us\, ofc he was overpaid a lot, but he is still very good creative player to have.
