Well that's an interesting number because we have like 40 of them loaned out at present moment lol.
According to transfermarkt:
Kulu (not sure for when is the option)
Demiral (bought I think)
Mandragora (bought I think)
Rovella (chances are he's back)
Ramsey
Ihattaren (2m option to buy)
Gatti (chances are he's back)
Fagioli (chances are he's back)
Pjaca
Dragusin (probably another loan)
Frabotta (option to buy)
Stefano Gori (random GK)

But then you go to Juve u23 (not sure why they separate it) and you see:

Busy mercato ahead

I'd rather have SMS than Jorginho, but I think it just depends on how you view Rovella. I personally think hes ready for Juve and is the prototypical regista (I've seen him play other roles but I didn't think he played them that well tbh)

If Jorginho comes I dont see much of a role for Rovella, I think Fagioli and Miretti are much more versatile. There are certain older players I would take though, and Jorginho is one of them. Theres value in the stability he would provide, and hes also never injured.

SMS fills a much bigger need though imo and is tailor made for Allegri.

Honestly, I would dump Rabiot, Arthur, and probably McKennie too. Easier said than done I know. But imagine

Loca-Rovella-SMS

Miretti, Fagioli, Zakaria
One SMS injury away from disaster.

Id love it but Allegri will choose Rabiot if still here and then probably Zakaria.

It doesn't apply to u23s.
Are you sure?

https://www.fifa.com/about-fifa/organisation/media-releases/fifa-to-introduce-new-loan-regulations

Players aged 21 and younger and club-trained players will be exempt from these limitations.

Is that players from the first team or do they consider B team players and primavera as well?
I don't know if Juve Primavera and Juve u23 is separate from Juve, but I'd guess it counts as one club

I am pretty sure there were discussions to change it to U23s, maybe that didnt go through and it stayed U21. Not sure on that now that I see what you link.

Regardless, the total doesn't include a subset of youth players that make up the majority of loans for most clubs.
Yes, it's mainly for the Ramsey's and Arthur's of the world. But the next question is, what does FIFA consider as club trained? Probably the same as UEFA, only guys like Fagioli, Miretti, Kean

:shifty: Is there an age limit to this? Come next season, can we seriously not loan out players from the u18 or u20? just 8 players max?

That's insane.
Yes, it doesn't include players younger than 21 and club trained players. So we still have some playroom

Fuck fagjinho. That punk ass mini Jabroni should never be a priority in any scenario. Targeting SMS and settling for fagjinho is like desiring a Wagyu steak and settling for a shawerma.
