I'm American and I'm naturally a hoarder of natural resources and an asshole, but what are your (non-American) opinions on McKennie? He was a Bundesliga Golden Boy to watch preseason in 2018 and one of the shining stars in a rotting Schalke team.

He gets a lot of shit on here, but I dont have a problem with him. He was our only mid that was actually a threat to score.

His running adds balance to the side, and he clearly plays with his heart. He also recently said he has trained so much that "nobody recognizes him"...
