Not exactly sure about other countries but at least from what i know that is indeed true for Italy where atm the transfer market only officially opens starting July 1st.

also isnt it simple with Bremer? We got Mandragora, who is heavily wanted by Toro cant we use him as a bargain chip in the Bremer deal - if we could get okay with Toro fast then we all know Bremer wont refuse to join us.

I certainly don't know about that. He has an agreement with inter for months now and Beppe tends to lock those firmly. So I believe it's only a matter of time before he joins them.

He was I think but I can remember that now, it was Dejan decision as he didn't see himself in Conte tactics (which is quite funny today) and he himself refused Inter as he preferred Sarri. He said that in an interview. So different case.
