Muriel is way way safer bet. Besides couple of hot streaks of hattricks and a 4 goal game past season, Cholito season was like his previous years, fairly average.

Muriel can create his shots and consistently scores from the bench.

Romeo Agresti: As far as I know, Juve are not working on surprise names, the negotiations that have appeared in the newspapers are in fact the real ones

This makes zero sense, how would he know if there was a surprise name

Why? He had a wild patch of form this year, but before that he hardly set the stage on fire at Fiorentina or Cagliari.. imo theres a big chance of him flopping here, Muriel seems like the safer bet
Muriel is a safer bet indeed, but Simeone is a nice alternative. He’s not a superstar but I often like him when I see him. I think age combined with salary and value makes him a good target for us

I hope the club is sold to ambitious owners who hire competent management whose primary focus isn't the bottom line but on achieving the highest sporting objectives while growing the brand.

"#Kean leaving? I believe so yes. #Allegri wants a different striker to be the vice #Vlahovic. Max wants a striker with the characteristics of #Giroud or #Milik. To me, #Muriel is a no."

"For #Morata, #Juventus would pay max of 20mln€, including bonus. As we have always said, #Atletico do not intend to give any discounts. I don't believe that #Juve stopped talking to the Colchoneros. Actually, the bianconero club is monitoring the situation. I am not that convinced though that #Morata would start a 'war' to return to #Juventus, as he would prefer to play as a number 9 and not as a winger."

"#Udogie-#Molina? I completely exclude a double deal. I know that, a month ago, #Juventus had a discussion with the agents of #Molina, during the same period that #AtleticoMadrid did as well. But, thinking logically about it, the club already has many players on the right side."

"#Juventus should sign a central defender. We need to see what will happen with #Gatti, who I believe would stay."

I think Romeo is wrong

Because C&F and GDS are usually very trustable regarding wages

Or its a mistranslation
I do recall Barca being very vocal (understandably) at the time when he was digging his heels in refusing to leave and they mentioned how drastically we were going to be increasing his wages.

Both sources you mention are reliable, but it’s still possible.

Not signing fullbacks will be suicidal for the team’s ambitions. I am very sceptical about the next season! Don’t see it more than top4 again… too many controversial reports about the defence and midfield lets see what will happen but we are not going to look as a complete team once again
