Initially, probably not. Eventually, with Kebab Sr. on grandfather duty, Blaised and Confused still exhibiting an allergy to the ball, and Ramsey too busy rehabbing and doing Yoga, Tonali will claim the starting spot as his own come season's end.

I don't understand our obsession with Plumberson Failieri. He's probably not even the best LB in the Azzurri squad, and that's saying a lot, considering the dearth in that department.
I'd prefer immediate quality. I rate Tonali but he is not starter material for this Juve. That said, I would go for this:

Pogba - Bentancur - Arthur

Balanced, technical, hard working and WC midfield.

On Emerson... I dont know. Id prefer us to stick with Pellegrini as a backup LB/LWB.

Arthur doesn't want to leave Barca, and he's had his fair share of injury problems.

Tbh, if Tonali, Aouar and Van Den Beek all cost 40-50, I'd go for the latter as he's got a mean engine.

Who knows, there is still time for Arthur to change his mind.

I dont think that Van Den Beek will cost same as Tonali. But I agree, I would go for VdB anyday.

Question: What would you prefer:

Pogba - Benta - Tonali

or

Pogba - Jorginho - Benta

I would go for the second at this time, since the first one would mean more Matuidi and less Tonali. And I am one of the few to rate Jorginho here. He is not a world beater, sure, but he is not bad as you make him out to be.

I know I call Jorginho limited and I shit on him all the time, but I'd go for the 2nd lineup too. I just don't want Jorginho to be the main reinforcement in midfield - that would be incredibly underwhelming.

I also don't want Chain Smoking Cancer to be our coach beyond the summer of 2021.

If we need a Higgy replacement, he might not be a bad choice for 2 or 3 years... on the right wages. Better than having to buy someone like Milik for the bench
Problem is his wages, being 33 already hes asking for wages which we are trying to write off with higuain, and hes a shadow of what he once was to be fair.

I'm not overly keen on what is available on the market, i hold major reservations with most of the names mentioned so far with the exception of werner and haaland, but I cant see either one coming this summer if at all.

Imagine @Bianconero81 if we get:

Emerson, Jorginho, Pedro, Giroud

Literally its come to a point where the media are going to link every chelsea player to us because of sarri.

I was having a cursory look at the league stats and since his move to PSG in 12/13, Verratti has somehow managed to play lesser matches in the league than even Ramsey. Puts his injury problems into perspective. Once Khedira leaves, we'll need someone to fill his spot in J Medical suppose.
Are you taking into account his league suspensions due to excessive bookings and sending offs? I'm pretty sure they contribute quite a bit

Realistically what available striker out there has scored more than higuain who isnt already in his 30s or approaching it?

First defenitely. The important bit is both have Pogba to carry the midfield, we can afford to start Tonali then who has alot of potential and core skills to do a similar job to Jorginho. While being nearly a decade younger.
