Hazard, Giroud, Varane, Aubameyang, Dembele (did initially well at Dortmund), Payet, Ribery, Benzema and many more.

on a more serious note, french league is the best feeder league probably. plenty of great output. we rarely buy from them though, because top talents are pretty expensive. our only transfers from french clubs during the agnelli + marotta/tici era:
- matuidi - did great for 2 seasons
- lemina - meh
- coman - meh for us, decent plusvalenza, okay career at bayern

aouar would probably do much better, i genuinely think he's very, very talented. i hope we make him a priority for next summer.

Ligue 1 is the breeding ground of pacy africans and EPL is crawling with them. What you meant is: when did an actual player and not a pacy african come to a top league and had success? Probably Giroud for Arsenal
