It's a big favor to ask, but can any kind soul summarize daily rumors into one post daily?

We're linked with 100 strikers alone. Who or what is a malen? This guy doesn't look good on YouTube.

Let’s say somehow both Khedira and Higuaín suddenly disappeared. No one knows where they went. Do we still have to pay their wages?? :shifty:
Reminds me of the Zamparini/Ferrero interiews :touched:

Zamparini:

"Ferrero is a caricature, but what goes around comes around."

“He will crumble Sampdoria. He has already come close, someone should take a look into his accounts.

“I used to like him, then he let me know that he wanted Barreto while I was working towards the renewal of the player's contract.

“I told him that he contacted the player without my consent."

“I thought it was over but a few days later I learned that Ferrero had already struck a deal with Barreto.

“Then I texted him to say that I was waiting for him at the shore of the river."

Ferrero:

"Zamparini insulted me, made death threats and now he is frankly going over the line."

“He gets publicity for himself by insulting me. Enough with the insults. I called him to ask about Barreto and he threatened to kill me!

“I called him and said there could be this negotiation with Barreto, but I respect old men and therefore he should stay calm."

“I get on with all Presidents who aren’t mean. Every now and then Zamparini loses his head.”

I really can't wait to see how much they are paying him, bet it'll be in the region of around 10 mill, which if so all the more reason to dodge that bullet

It's the same every summer. Inter's signings and potential signings get talked up, we get linked to turds who we are not possibly interested in.

De Ligt and Ronaldo in the last two windows. Remind me when Inter make signings like this, not the best of the rest.
Looking at all the moaning and groaning you wouldn't think we signed the two biggest names available in the market last two seasons and won nine in a row

There's no way Benfica can afford to pay him 10m net. That's still 2m less than he had at PSG.

10m gross maybe, which would be like, what, 5m in Italy with the new tax law? Let's say he wants 8m sign on fee, that's pocket change for a WC striker. (Yes he still is that)

I'd get it if it was conditioned that we have to get rid of Higuain and Khedira first and then decide, but to categorically deny it like this and make this your line in the sand seems weird. Especially when you're going after Lacazette and Milik who are both worse and much more expensive than Cavani because you have to pay their clubs.

Cavani world class or not is still an injury prone player, and on top he will want a contract of at least 2 or 3 years, by which he will be 35/36 years old. We cannot tie ourselves financially to something as crazy as that, tax breaks or not. For his wages I'd expect him to be playing near enough every game lets face it he won't.

There's nothing crazy about that. He would be one of the lower earners in terms of how much he costs the club. 2+1 contract would be perfectly reasonable because he keeps in shape and can play quality football as long as Ibra did.

He's not injury prone. He had some problems last season but that's an anomaly looking at his career. He's been perfectly healthy and in shape for almost a year now.

What's the point of proving what I already said? He had problems from February-May to and September-December of last year and that's an anomaly looking at his career. He wasn't injured in December and January, he requested a transfer and didn't want to play for them anymore. Once it became clear he was staying he immediately jumped right back in the team.
